  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount (if applicable). This offer is limited to standard delivery within the United States.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping (unless specified).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided link.

6. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • High order volumes

ZmartGlobal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • ZmartGlobal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
